Important Note
A deposit of 50% is due at signing any agreement/contract to secure your date. The remaining balance will be paid to the servicer before or upon arrival at the event. Additional fees are required if service is needed beyond the contracted time. If we cannot perform our duties due to circumstances beyond our control, we will attempt to have a replacement or an associate DJ ready for your event at no additional cost. Clients will be held responsible for full compensation of DJ service on all last-minute cancellations, especially without notice. Taxes may not be included in the listed price. All deposits are non-refundable. However, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse service if our client does not withhold the contractual agreement. This includes the request for music that contains profanities or obscene language at kids’ events.
