A deposit of 50% is due at the signing of any agreement/contract to secure your date. The remaining balance will be paid to the servicer before or upon arrival at the event. In the event DJ Ezzy B / Sound Xplosion Entertainment has to perform beyond the agreed time and date (through no fault of its own), an additional fee will be charged and paid by the client at the beginning of every hour. If we are unable to perform our duties due circumstances beyond our control, we will attempt to have a replacement or an associate dj ready for your event at no additional cost.

Clients will be held responsible for full compensation of dj service on all last minute cancellations, especially without notice. Taxes may not be included in the listed price. All deposits are non-refundable. 

 DJ Ezzy B / Sound Xplosion Entertainment honor our clients at the highest level. However, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse service if contractual agreement is not withheld by our client. This includes the request of music which contains profanities or obscene language at kids events.
